Our heat exchangers are products oriented towards the industrial field, with advanced features and additional accessories that give them excellent quality to deal with the most demanding projects.

1. PED 2014/68/UE

We apply the corresponding quality controls to each of the heat recovery units we offer, among which we highlight the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU (previously 97/23/EC). We work with all categories; CI, CII, CIII, CIV and article 4.3.

2. Accessories

One of the great advantages of BOIXAC heat exchangers and recuperators is the adaptability and versatility, being able to equip them with accessories such as drip separators, condensate trays, electric and/or manual by-passes, cleaning systems, thermal insulation, etc.

3. Extraction system

Our economizers and heat recuperators can have extraction systems that allow you to slide and extract the equipment in order to facilitate maintenance and cleaning while keeping the balance of the air duct structure intact.

4. Inspection system

Our goal goes beyond the technical and economic, we also offer heat exchangers designed to facilitate installation and maintenance. In this sense, we have designs with openings to facilitate periodic checks and inspections.

5. Brazing and welding certificates 

For those particularly demanding projects, we can offer multiple options in brazer and welder certificates and brazing and welding procedures certificates, among which we highlight EN 3834-2 (formerly EN729-2) or ISO 14731.

6. Automatic sanitization

Among the many accessories available, we highlight the automatic cleaning system that allows you to control and carry out an agile and constant cleaning of heat exchangers subject to high soiling factors.
