ICE MACHINE
The ice machine refers to a heat exchange system that produces and stores ice, creating a source of energy that can later be used by refrigeration systems, air conditioning or industrial processes.
This system consists of a heat exchanger submerged in a tank, where it creates ice crowns around the tubes during the hours of lower energy demand, for example the nighttime hours, and therefore taking advantage of the time slots where the electricity rates are cheaper. Once the ice is created, we keep it in order to be able to use it as a source of energy during the hours of greatest energy demand, for example daytime hours.
The fact of having an additional cold source implies that the equipment we would use to cool, condition the air or in industrial processes may be sized according to a lower capacity, because part of the capacity will already be provided by us with this low energy cost source.
The ice machine can be designed in different formats, from Pillow-Plate heat exchangers, as well as with the smooth tubes of the I-SNAKE. In both cases we are talking about highly efficient systems that contribute to the competitiveness and sustainability of industries.
ICE PRODUCER
ICE-SNAKE
The ice producer is a heat exchanger designed for the production of ice banks, they are often submerged in tanks creating crowns in the hours of lowest energy cost. With a compact and durable design, they save money.
Applications: Food and beverages, chemistry, air conditioning, refrigeration and purification.

Productive options
The design is conceived to fit your needs, having multiple options, including heat exchangers with continuous and helical fins.
Variety of fins
Beyond continuous fins with materials such as aluminum, copper, steel, stainless steel or titanium, we also have helical fins around the tubes and transverse fins continuously welded along the tubes and ideal by radiation. We offer these finned tubes in single units and in series.
